During my last visit to the
John C. Campbell Folk School, I found a non-descript piece of cherry burl in the pile of trash wood. I turned this hollow vessel during my class with
Kim Blatt.
This is my first spiral finial and I'm very happy with the result.
Height (including finial) 9-3/4"
Diameter 6-1/2"
Thanks for visiting,
Larry
